Things You Need to Know

I founded Vanny's Sweet Treats with one goal in mind: giving my customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable experience followed with a delicious sweet treat made of quality ingredients. I conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. My store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact me if you want to learn more!
Your order will not be confirmed until the next opening business day. If you would like to cancel your order you will need to contact Vanny's Sweet Treats prior to day of baking to receive a full refund. Once your order is shipped you will receive a picture of what it looks like in the box. Products will be packed in a container that will not only prevent damages but also prevent products from going bad. 
*Once you receive a confirmation email from Vanny's Sweet Treats stating your order is going to be made that day, a "No Cancellations and No Refund" policy goes into effect.*
*Refunds are only issued in the event of an emergency on Vanny's Sweet Treats end with the result being the product can't be made or delivered, Order canceled before day of baking, or the wrong items received at delivery.*
*Refunds will not be given in the event of dislike, allergy not stated at time of order, order not received due to wrong address given at time of check out, or damaged goods due to mailing service.*
